Our approach

Birmingham Rep Theatre needed space to unpack and explore what it meant for them moving forward in being an anti-racist organisation.
We supported the staff at The Rep including the Senior Leadership Team to unpack their thoughts, feelings and emotions through a series of focus groups and using The Legacy Edition of Equally Yours™.

With Equally Yours we had the opportunity to engage in a training and education process on a serious topic but in an incredibly engaging and accessible way. Nathan and Sabrina created a safe space for us to ask ourselves some difficult questions and discuss the impact of our actions as an organisation in an open and transparent way. The Bob Marley Musical

Our approach

We had the opportunity to work with them on the One Love - The Bob Marley musical. To help with their reach of the diverse communities and add value to the marketing and engagement strategy.
Use different online tools, and utilise our street team to effectively target key hotspots around the West Midlands that would ensure the marketing and reach went out to new and diverse audiences, especially first time theatre goers.

Impact

One Love, was sold out every night. Such was the demand that the theatre had to extend the show dates. We know our efforts led to this.
