- Consultation
Before anything else, we will spend time with you to understand the needs and objectives of your organisation. We will cover your objectives for Black Stakeholder engagement, your diversity and inclusion training requirements, and the broader aims of your organisation. Our aim is to co-produce a strategy that is bespoke and tailored to your requirements. - Recommendation
Following consultation, we will produce an engagement strategy proposal. This recommendation will include information sourced from your target audience acquired through community outreach by our consultants, as well as our bespoke recommendations to improve your Black Stakeholder engagement. - Implementation
Diversity and inclusion training is usually part of our recommendation, and we will organise and deliver the training or event for your organisation. This will come in the form of our Legacy Impact® staff training, which will inspire, inform, and upskill your teams. - Impact Evaluation
Following the implementation of our recommendation and any training, we will spend time evaluating the impact of the strategy. If your solution included any focus groups, seminars, or conferences, we will also evaluate these for impact. At the end, we will provide you with a detailed evaluation of their effectiveness.
