The CCRC have changed their method of communicating with young people, by creating credit card sized marketing cards to communicate their message and have changed their existing promotional material.
The quality of work surpassed expectations. As CCRC were looking for ways to effectively and positively engage and connect with young people, the focus group were a great success, seeing participants respond with charisma and good communication skills.
CCRC now have the ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds with ease in order to gain respect and trust. Training now take place in a relaxed atmosphere that is enjoyable and staff are better informed with how to engage and understand issues.
