The 2022 Commonwealth Games, officially known as the XXII Commonwealth Games and commonly known as Birmingham 2022, is an international multi-sport event for members of the Commonwealth that is scheduled to be held in Birmingham.

Our approach

The problem they have is that they are hosting a multicultural event which includes 71 nations. Their biggest challenge is how do they ensure that they design and deliver games that are for all, that are truly inclusive and represent the local community in which it is located in Birmingham.
Working with the head of legacy we have developed some training that is going to help the commonwealth games senior leadership and executive team, explore race and diversity in a very powerful and dynamic way.
