Legacy Edition Equally Yours™ is a game based learning experience to take you on a dynamic and interactive journey

We will train you and your workforce on how to positively engage and broker relationships with BAME, new and diverse stakeholders.

Why use Equally Yours™?

The Legacy Edition of the Equally Yours™ game will take your teams on a dynamic and interactive journey through the issues of race and equality. Within teams, your organisation will face difficult questions and have the space to discuss these issues together. 

Honest dialogue is important, and the Equally Yours™ game empowers your teams to have those discussions while also learning more about managing diversity and inclusion and understanding legislation and policy.

How does it work?

Our game-based diversity and inclusion training solution can be delivered in as little as two hours, or you may dedicate a whole day to it. It can also involve all staff members, from senior management to frontline staff. 

The interactive experience will be delivered by our expert facilitators. They have worked across different industries, both nationally and internationally, and have a wealth of knowledge in diversity and inclusion. 

With our facilitators’ help, your organisation will initiate conversations about race, learning more about diversity and inclusion in the process.

Only when your organisation feels comfortable discussing issues of race and inclusion can you gain the trust of both staff and customers, and improve your BAME stakeholder engagement.
