"I have got to know you and your organisation through my role as a board ember for the Youth Justic Board. As you are aware, I am the Board Member lead for the over representation of Black Asian and Minority ethnic young people in the youth justice system across England and Wales. I have been impressed by the innovative approaches that you have taken to reach some communities which lack trust in society and statutory services. You have been able to bridge the gap between statutory services and the communities and the young people that we need to engage with positively."
